Keep getting timeout when connection to Live Acars

Postby Vipstjert » April 17 2006

I keep getting

"FS Flight Keeper
Failed to establish a connection with the live ACARS server (Server response: Timeout (408)).

Response: Server response: Timeout (408)"

I have started up my aircraft in FS. I have started the Flight Keeper program. I have connected the Flight Keeper program with Flight Simulator. I have logged in to the messaging service succesfully.

I can see that someone is connected to live ACARS server on Virtual Cargolux' homepage right now, so the server must be working.

I can request weather reports through the ACARS device in Flight Simulator.

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

This indicates a timeout between the server and the client (here FSFK) during receiving or sending a message. Maybe this is just a temporary problem. Have you retried it yet?

Tony is that you?

If yes, then check out the "VirtualCargolux.org" forum, as this is a suspected setup and config of your FSKeeper  8)

If not, please disregard
