Fs2002 not on C drive

Postby linc278 » February 20 2005

Hi Thomas. Thanks for this great program. I have made great use of it in the past - it is integral to my fun with Fs2002. However, due to recent reformatting and partioning of my computer drives I ended up having Fs2002 on D drive instead of C. (A serious mistake I think) My actual C drive is now quite small--too small for FS. I am running into immediate problems working with AITM. For example, when I try to "create a new AL config" it shows error for not finding Fs scenery. My question is if it is possible to change AITM so that it looks on D drive for my Fs files. Thanks for any advice you can give me. ----Ken M

You need to adjust the FS Path in your registry if it is wrong. Check the AITM FAQ Point 5. at http://www.molitor-home.de/FS/AITM/FAQ.html.

Thanks Tom, you were right. My registry had FS registered as E drive instead of D. I changed it and although I haven't changed any traffic yet it appears to be finding everything fine. My FS is currently just over 6.3 gig and the less I have to move it around the better. Thanks again.--Ken M  :D
